The Innocent Dream
A wee bird on ledge
With wistful eyes
He looked at the sky
After some thinking
He began to cry
In fact, he wants to enjoy
in the lap of space
With his tiny wings
Unfortunately
He did not know
How to fly
So, he began to cry
Time is Sword
Although, time is life
But, listen a fact
Time is knife
Time is death
Our sweet dreams
will be ruined
in the hands of time
Nobody knows about me
Nobody knows about you
But, listen a fact
Time is death
Unfortunately, knowing all this
We have become
The slaves of time
رشتوں میں کیسی بناوٹیں رکھتے ہو
دوستوں میں بھی عداوتیں رکھتے ہو
حبیب و رقیب ہوئے ہیں مدعو محفل
دنیا داری کےلیے ایسی داعوتیں رکھتے ہو
محبت میں کوئی فصیل جہاں نہیں
نہ ملنے کے لیے ہزار رکاوٹیں رکھتے ہو
